Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns are accepted within 24 hours from delivery only in case of manufacturing defects, except for the items listed in section (B).
(A) General Conditions
- The product must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
- Orders returned due to incorrect address or delivery refusal will incur additional shipping charges.
(B) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made perfumes blended according to customer request
- Pure fragrance oils
- Gift wrapping services
- Empty perfume bottles and packaging materials
- Used equipment or items listed under Manufacturing Tools (Used Category)
يتم قبول طلبات الاسترجاع خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب فقط في حال وجود خلل مصنعي، باستثناء الفئات المذكورة في الفقرة (ب).
(أ) الشروط العامة
- يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم ومغلق وبحالته الأصلية.
- رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد ويتم خصمها من مبلغ الاسترجاع.
- يتم تنفيذ الاسترداد بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه.
- الطلبات المرتجعة بسبب عنوان غير واضح أو رفض الاستلام تتحمل رسوم شحن إضافية.
(ب) المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع
لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات التالية:
- العطور المخصصة والمركبة حسب طلب العميل
- الزيوت العطرية الصافية
- خدمات تغليف الهدايا
- الزجاجات الفارغة ومواد التعبئة
- المعدات أو الأدوات المصنفة ضمن فئة المستعمل في أدوات التصنيع
