1. Shipping Coverage & Availability

We currently offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
We aim to ship all orders as fast as possible.
Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days , provided that:

  • The product is available in stock
  • The delivery location is within our service coverage area

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and destination

2. Accurate Address Responsibility

  • Customers are fully responsible for providing:
  • A complete and accurate delivery address
  • A reachable phone number
  • 4U Essence is not responsible for:
  • Incomplete, unclear, incorrect, or unreachable addresses
  • Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information
  • Any additional shipping or re-delivery charges resulting from incorrect details will be borne by the customer

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • We may confirm the order via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch
  • Orders will only be shipped after confirmation of customer availability

If a customer:

  • Refuses the shipment
  • Is unreachable
  • Fails to receive the order

The customer will be fully responsible for all shipping and handling fees

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on ( Almost free shipping offers are aplicable for amount threshold crossed ):

  • Package weight
  • Package size
  • Delivery location
  • Total order value

The final shipping cost is shown before checkout completion

5. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

  • While we aim for fast delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • 4U Essence is not liable for delays beyond our control

6. Failed Deliveries & Re-Shipping

If a delivery fails due to customer-related reasons:

Orders will only be re-sent after fees are settled

The customer bears all re-shipping costs

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment
  • Clear photo or video evidence will be required before opening products from inside.

    While we work with reliable providers, delivery performance is subject to their operational conditions.
