1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are strictly limited and accepted only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Results related to individual usage, customization, or mixing

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or storage after delivery

2. Timeframe for Reporting Issues

Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for inspection:

  • The product must be unused or minimally used for inspection purposes only

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

  • Photo or video evidence of the defect may be requested

4. Inspection & Resolution

All return requests are subject to inspection and verification by our quality team.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, 4U Essence reserves the right to:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue store credit, or

  • Process a refund to the original payment method

The resolution method will be determined at our sole discretion.

5. Shipping Costs

Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable, even in cases where a return or replacement is approved.
